Anyone know what the two sensors are on the bottom of the radiator fill bottle.
There are 2 small red tubes that come out and attach into larger black tubes.
Maybe some kinda sensor. One of the red tubes broke off tonight and I want to know if I can just 't' off the one instead of ordering a new one.

    Thanks alot, Danny

If you had your profile filled out we might know what year car you had so that the question might be answered.

I'm serious here now........... look at my profile and it says Rookie.
There is one switch that has 2 pluig ins that I think are for the water temp. The one with the 2 red tubes are concern. On of the red tubes broke off.
    Any ideas..?

    Thanks

Are you refering to the vacuum thermo switch with the 2 hoses connected to it for the EGR valve?

If so does it make sense that Ferrari or any other company would just install parts that are not required?
