So while the engine is back in my Alfa, I received the WUR. Readjusted to 116 specs and fully rebuild. Membrane and the metal plate which holds the membrane. While installing I took my change to replace the Accumulator too .... but unfortunatly it was an 0438 170 040 and not an xxxxx 004. No problem because an accumulator is an accumulator, but the connection are different. Standarisation :( M-14 or whatever .. original there are 2 sizes of connections and I have 2 equal connections.. It made me decide not to return the accumulator but to replace the hoses from filter-pump and accu-pump.. the are leaking a bit and safety for everything. I really hate those steel braided hoses if they are 40 years old ... Means that I have to get my alfa of the lift and get my 308 on it.. both not running :( day extra.. but gives me the change to do the same on the Alfa because I have to retrofit it to an injection fuel system.. means a return fuel line and a catch tank with high pressure pump etc... this week i will go to the auto sports shop for both cars to get connections and then ... finally start the 308? (if no other problems will show up...fingers crossed)

Last week I repaired the stainless braided hoses and could start the engine. The pressures and accumulator measured ok. So I tried and it starts and runs ok...
Test drive was disappointing because in the lower RPM the engine didnt get enough fuel.. it hesitates :(
The WUR was calibrated as an 116 number but it lacks the vacuumhose...( the original number is 0 438 140 132) I also repaired the CIS with a new membrane and now I'm not sure where to search for the problem of "to lean at part throttle and low rpm".
I'm really a deaf old man but I can heer the whistle of something in (I think) the injection system.. Its only there at low load low rpm... if there is a whistle and I do a WOT then it dissapears immediatley.
After all the efforts I putted the car in the farest corner of my garage and started my California... I'm getting a little bit sick of it :(
How to enrich the low rpm mixture? I really think I'm missing the vacuum part in the WUR.. thinking of an injector in place of the cold start and manipulate that or so?.. I want to ride.. grrrrrr

And what also was a pain in the ... took some time, was a leaking radiator... After I could start the engine the water leaking in the front was to big :(.. After investigating, it was a leaking radiator.. took me all day to solder it until it was leak proof :( grrrr.. Murphy is in the car!

Finally solved the problem of bad running engine. Lots of trying etc but the reset of the pressure differential screws did the trick!! (all in and 2 turns out) I saw the regulating pressure drop, so the mixture was richer and the 308 pulled straight from idle!!!
Thanks for alle the help and tips (the reset tip came from a CIS page on FB)
Next was the high pitch tone from??
I disconnected the exhaust and started :)-P) .. it was gone... So I opend the exhaust but nothing strange ?? Welded it and ..high pitch tone :(
I cut of the right end chamber and it was gone again.. something which gets enough back pressure acts like a wisstle?
I opend one plate in the damper en colosed it (welded) and ..Grrrrr ... then I figured out it was only the left pipe of the right set... so I cut out the perforated pipe in it and that did the trick.. its not the cause I think but it works.... I will trying to find another exhaust.
And busy I was (als modifing the not correctly fitted rear diaper) ... the Radiato started leaking again...

I will bring it to a repair shop to solder a new core in it..

It's never an easy fix.. and if so... a new problem shows up...
