I don't have a washer there and the belt is running fine so , there no need to have... If you are not sure just check how the belt runs on the wheels ....
The ITB s are here from Jenvey and we made a carbon fiber air horns for them. I will use those fitted on the carburated manifolds. I need to port them along with the cyl heads , as the manifolds came from 208 and they are very small for the tb and to the head. Also the plan is to reach 270-280 hp with a very streat able power band. BUT i want to hear the song of this engine @ 8000rpm+ region Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
As usual the clock was not working and the screen was milk white. Managed to repair . Changed the glass and a small gear. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Intake manifold ported to match TBs. I started from 208 manifold so i end up with a huge mass in my workshop. Alu chips everywhere..... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Heck I overposted a car event and was banned for life until I re-registered. I'm a good boy now. Nice work. Who did your plating? I can't find anyone locally who will do any small stuff.
cylinder heads ported too, they had been washed several times after they are off, waiting to get them back from workshop with the valve seats cut to race specs etc..... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
the air nozzle holes blocked and grind , polished to match the ports... Image Unavailable, Please Login
the oil pump assy just finished cleaning and replaced all bearings and gaskets..... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The cylinder head is ready to put back on. It is upgraded with custom catcams, Ti spring upper retainers, custom 7mm stem valves, PVD coated race solid lifters, valve springs, new guides and seals and so on. I gained a 35-40% weight on these, hope it helps on efficiency too. Also installed the ITB's so i can check what to do next and is there any clearance issue. So fa so good. Here are some pictures to enjoy. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

All pistons and rods balanced separately and together, they are now very close , it is less then +-0,5 gram. Also the rods small ends are balanced in a 1 gram window. which is quite a job if you want the overall to be the same too. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Rotating assy and 1 cyl head installed. Looks nice to me. All clearance checked and perfect I check the compr ratio later as i used a thin mls gasket and "10,5" style pistons. I hope i ended up much higher. Cams dialed in , i hope i don't have to change too much lash caps, after the heads on.I have to take off the cams to fine tune which is time consuming and boring.......
