308gtbQV how to install a rear camera

I have a lot of problems while maneuvering the car while exiting from my garage (the 308 isn’t easy to handle) and therefore I though that a rear camera could help me quite a lot.

There are several of these devices on the web, many of them using wi-fi connection, but I haven’t found an easy way to run the cables from the camera to the transmitter without drilling new holes in the body, thing that I don’t like absolutely.

Even using (no wi-fi) devices that require running a cable from the camera to a display on the windshield glass don’t seem, to me, very easy to implement.

Is there already someone who has faced this problem and if so how did he solve it?
