    I have a 1986 328. As soon as I connect the plug in the back of the gas gauge, the fuse instantly blows. Any ideas would be appreciated. The car sat in a garage for 20 years so still working out some bugs. The easiest fix would be a new gas gauge but not sure how to test it. I appreciate everyone's help.
