348 ignition?

I have new data on my old problem. Just as the car reaches operating temperature,power drops ~10% for about a mile of driving. There are no engine check lights. All connectors have been cleaned twice. New data: I discovered that when I flick the ignition on/off as quickly as I can as I am driving, or stop and restart the engine the problem goes away immediately,for the duration of that drive.
