    Shop owners:
    DaveHelms
    Fatbillybob
    Tbakowsky
    Rifledriver
    etc.
And any others who have hired shops to perform clutch jobs on these cars:

I need some fresh information. I have used the search tool and haven't been able to find exactly what I need, simply stated. Please help.

Please state # hours of labor to be charged to customer in order to perform:
    1) Engine IN - full clutch job: replace clutch assembly, new style flange, thrust bearing, all seals
    2) Engine OUT - full clutch job: replace clutch assembly, new style flange, thrust bearing, all seals
    3) Option - any additional time for twin disc clutch (Mondial t)?
    4) Option - any additional time for replacing the little bearing behind the flywheel, #17 in the diagram?
    5) If you are a shop owner, please indicate.

    Thanks so much!

    Best,
    David

    Dave,

Never timed myself and I'm not a real mechanic.

Dave - FBB does not own a shop ;)

I have a feeling the others are not going to post this information (times). Perhaps give one the guys on your list a call as I don't think Dave Helms visits here much.

The bearing you reference is actual quite large and will certainly require additional time as it needs to be pressed out of the housing.

    Dave, thank you.

Shop owners don’t have any issues posting widely known book times. They’ve posted many time before. It’s menu pricing, not custom pricing.

Fatbillybob may not own a shop, but he is a very good mechanic.

Actually hadn't realized you weren't a professional mechanic, given all your very valuable contributions over the years.

But since you are a dentist, I say you are a real mechanic, as you build, repair, and engineer important structures.
