I got my car out today to try to find a small oil Leak , after removing the under shields I found oil weeping from the large hose (engine sump pan to oil tank ) It’s Saturday afternoon so haven’t tried to order one yet, seem to be around the £400 mark is it best to just buy the standard Ferrari part or is there a better alternative available in the uk ?

Take it to Pirtek. They should be able to fix it. They have done others including my 348.... https://www.pirtek.co.uk

I did wonder about Pirtek , my query wasn’t really about saving money it was more about the best pipe . Did you remove your pipe and give it to them as a pattern ?
    Did your fit nice ?

I have a Ferrari specialist not far from me and Pirtek have done many hoses for them so were very familiar with the job. He did it while I waited. They will probably have to reuse the connectors but replace the pipe. It fitted perfectly and has been trouble free. It was more about availability for me as the factory didn't have one anyway. No brainer for £70...

I have the same problem. That reman hose looks great. Anyone know who has experience with Ferrari hoses in the Chicago area. I'm afraid to send them to any old hydraulic shop for fear that they will frankenstein them and they will look ugly.

Pirtek Norwich repaired my hose no worries . They reused the ends , new braided pipe section and crimps. Cost £185 inc vat ,a bit more than yours but I am very happy with it. They even remembered to refit the heat shielding .

Great to know there is a repair option for these hoses. Very expensive to replace
