Went for a passenger ride in my car at the weekend and noticed that in the passenger seat there is a whole load more indution roar coming from the air intake on the left side compared to the right. Engine seems to run fine and it's a pretty symmetrical layout so why's this?

    Anone else noticed this?

This is because the air intake for the engine is on the n/s(passenger side)the o/s is only for the oil cooler, people with LHD 360's notice the induction noise more.

Is the driverside airbox fed from the right hand intake (just routed around)? This is not the same on a 355 right?

Yes, i noticed exactly the same thing when i let my mate have a drive. I had no explanation at the time but now i do! thanks. Scary being a passenger though, makes you realise how good the brakes are!
