This a right hand drive car and I was just interested in if anyone had any history info on it? I had heard a famous British Rocker owned it.. Thank you!
http://www.365gtc4.com/Registry/RegistryView.aspx?serialno=15999 Not much in terms of updated history. Great to speak with you today. If you ever decide to sell the Sebring, let me know. I'll send you a PM on the C4 viewed tomorrow.
My friend used to own this car 20 years ago and he mentioned to me recently a famous Rocker owned it before him but couldn't remember. Love this stuff..
Although Maranello Concessionaires ledgers give the name Mr. Anthony as first owner of 15999. Maybe Anthony was manager of 10CC? God only knows......... Marcel Massini
The company was called Ian Anthony. The two people who owned it were Ian Blenkinsop and Anthony (Tony) Lawson. They had various sites in the area. In 1971 and early 1972 they were at Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester, and then mid/late 72 there were at Manchester Road, Bury, Lancashire.
I think i actually viewed this car at Brian Classic in Cheshire around 2007/8-price was about £47,000 and the car was lovely. Ended up buying a dilapidated 365BB instead!
Thanks Mark, that's really amazing. Fun stuff to know for sure..My friend purchased that car at the Bonhams/Goodwood Auction in 2004 for $42,000..Those were the days for sure..Thanks again..
