You lost all credibility when you went against what ferr9000 posted earlier. He's consistently posted insight on this forum that has been spot on.

Stop posting dealer hearsay as fact, they aren't the best source of info and are usually last in the totem pole.

Classic example is the "must by a Lusso for a Pista" as a factory requirement, when it had nothing to do with Ferrari at all. Just dealers trying to strongarm their customers. Pretty much exposed that, and many other games, right when it came up and others have confirmed it. People like you kept flaming us at the start, here we go again.

458 was my first Ferrari and I put a lot of miles on it and loved it! 488 comes out and I had to have it because the design looked so good. And than Pista comes out and wow! The design is even better! I purchased a 488 in August 2016 but did not want to play the games for a Pista.

Of course I will say that the replacement cannot be better than Pista but I'm sure Ferrari will find a way to make it look better and faster! I hate you Ferrari!!!! But I still want another one! :)

Maybe it will be a little different for us ? The 488 GTB actually went down in price drive away compared to the 458 . don't thick that happened anywhere else ?

Yes surfers dealership opened about a month ago, only upside for surfers is disgruntled bris customers r likely to take their future business there. There may also b other benefits dealing with a large group that also runs mcl, Aston, rolls, etc...

I’m not concerned with your opinion.

Not sure what he has or hasn’t posted. Don’t remember what you’re referring to.

As I stated before is that I’ve done what almost everyone here does with exception of very few. What they have heard from dealer. All you seem to have posted is your opinions which you’ve simply pulled out of thin air.

I haven’t said anything of the sort.

Ultimately time will tell. I am saying there will be multiple V6 cars both engine in front of and behind the driver. The mid V8 will be much higher priced than the 488.

That will be more expensive and harder to get than the last...

I'm really curious what Ferrari thinks of the Mac 720s.

I think Ferrari and Mac have an agreement to send each other cars. Sort if makes sense if you think about it.

In college one of my instructors was an old time head of GM engine development. He said that all the big three went out the first day the other guys hit the market and bought one. Then tested them and took them apart to the last nut and bolt.

But I'm curious what Ferrari thinks of the 720s performance, CF technology, and styling. I'm sure they are not that concerned about the PU or gearbox.

The aero of the 720s is what sets it apart.

Yes, but no one really cares about aero. They like the numbers and the styling.

If a great aero efficient car looked ugly, people would not buy it. I think those silly nose scoops are ugly, along with some other details.

I personally am not a fan of the 720s styling. I'm curious if Ferrari thinks they need to take a similar path.

I know. I’m jut saying the aero in the 720 is what’s making the numbers. I actually think it looks great in person. The Senna is a pure aero car and is the ugliest thing ever vomited into 3 dimensions.

Bris is operated by LMM Holdings which also runs couple of BMW dealerships & alfa.

GC is operated by Frizelle-Sunshine which runs quite a few more dealerships from every cars to high-end.

In the short term, Bris has the upper hand because only they have Pista allocations but Im sure over the coming years things may change...
