    Hi; Here is the description of a problem I am having with my 2018 488 spider. The battery was drained so I trickled charged it and had a full charge after a couple of days, however, upon starting I am getting warrning lights for AVH, EBP and Manettino. Manettino is stuck on WET and I can not change it. I drove it a few miles after charging hoping that the warnings would be reset to no avail. Is there a way to reset these warning lights short of going to a dealer? There are a couple of suggestions on some forums about going through a sequence of turning the car on and off and leaving it off for 30 minutes. I tried it and it doesn't work. Any help is appreciated.

    1) Replace the battery.
    2) Use a Launch X431 with Ferrari interface software to clear the CEL error codes.
    3) All done, enjoy the car.

    Last month I had the same problem. After I fully charged the drained battery, warning lights(AVH, Manettino, ESC, E-DIFF, F1 TRAC ) did not disappear. Some people said that short time removal of battery minus terminal could solve the problems. But it was not a solution. Fortunately I had a AUTEL MaxiPRO MP808TS which I did not upgrade more than 3 years. I bought upgrade coupon at Ebay with around $260 to get full upgrade( Upgrade was done by the seller through internet). After I remove all error codes, my 488 spider (2017) came back to normal.

    My question is : Did any one have a battery drained over 1 night? My battery was replaced only some months ago and I use my 488 spider as a daily car and during day time at my office I always connect battery tender more than 7 hours. When I lock the car with inside LED light turned on , it becomes turned off after some minutes automatically. I can not find out why my new battery was discharged over 1 night ?
