Terry, I'm a bit late catching up with this thread; my apologies This car is an F1 and has the GTC package; it's Bianco Avus with Sabbia leather, Daytona seats and shields. Michael, I would love to see pictures of your car.
Here is the latest version of the SN vs AN document showing LOTR's Superamerica and updating 143104 to show it has the HGTC package. Hi Terry just realized never advised dets of my car for this thread. Aplogize. Here they are: 575M F1 FHP Red, Tan interior, Daytona seats, 19'' Ferrari wheels assembly 51780 Chassis 134527 Rgds Gianni
Who is Larry? Where is this car listed for sale? This car is completely new to me; it was a total blank in my database until just now. Thank you! Terry, I have 130070 with assembly number 47274.
Carbon- Just looked at my notes and I had an extra AN for another car. Will change to 47274. That is why I prefer to cut and paste. Also the black/black has a manual transmission, I think. Will edit. Larry's HGTC is for sale by Miller Motorcars. He traded for a 599 HGTE. Grigio Titanio 2004 575M with Blu Medio interior with black carpets for sale at Chicago Motor Cars and on E-Bay. SN 135153, AN 52316. Then Gianni's car 575M F1 FHP Red, Tan interior, Daytona seats, 19'' Ferrari wheels assembly 51780 Chassis 134527. Gianni- You missed the straight center pipes by only 17 Assembly Numbers (51797). Taz Terry Phillips Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The sound of a Testarossa with a Tubi has few peers - a 550 with a Tubi being one of them. I'd love to know the serial number of your TR!
Here we go: s/n 72113 1987 central lock, red, black interior, tubi with straight test pipe (no cat) big brake kit front - Taro-x disk rear 18'' 3 piece Tramont wheels OMP bucket seat- 4 points Harness (obviously all original parts, sits, brake, exhaust are in the shelf). More here (sorry only in Italian) http://www.vespaio.net/Testarossa.htm Cheers Gianni
Gianni- That sounds like a late model Tubi muffler. They are not as bad about droning as the earlier Tubis designed for the 550. Taz Terry Phillips
2002 575M F1 Grigio Titanio// Nero Vin# is 129979 Assembly# 47062 Chassis# 140 I looked but could'nt find the engine number
The latest version of the Serial Number and Assembly Number Document with Impounder's car and one received via PM that I already had, but highlighted anyway. Also included is the last 575M changes document. Now that I have a Superamerica parts catalog, time to update that, too. Doing a little research and found the actual 575M minimum shift times in two sources. For the 0080 software package found in non-HGTC cars, minimum shift time is 220 milliseconds. For the 0228 software package found in the HGTC cars, minimum shift time is 180 ms. Taz Terry Phillips
