I sent my Becker radio in for a repair because some of the lcd segments were missing on the display screen. Now on the bottom of the screen when playing a cd I will see numbers 1 through 9 when I switch to FM radio the numbers on the bottom the screen start at 5. I am thinking that the repair was not complete. Looking at the Becker literature that came with the 2002 575m I believe that I should have numbers starting at 1. Anyone out there willing to go for a ride and fire up their radio and tell me what you see. Thanks Pete Holman in snowy Vancouver, WA

I will bet Dave at Sticky RX could further camouflage that Blaupunkt or something similar by laser engraving a Ferrari name on it that matched the Becker Ferrari script.
Hi Killer Sorry for late reply. The units I have are these: 1) From 1999 550. Becker Mexico seriøs number BE2330 S5001187 without Ferrari letters. 2) From 2001 550. Becker «Ferrari» (no Mexico) with lettering and serial number Y5008475, Model number BE 4377 3) CD changer. Becker Silverstone in perfect working condition with the cartridge where you put in 6 CDs. All euro versions. (The radios take even and odd frequency numbers) and both with a have build in cassette deck for those who still listen to cassettes. The sooner I can get them out of my life, the better. I don’t want originality anymore. I want user friendliness, new functions and high end sound.
