    I guess I misunderstood your posts then, my bad. In regards to your inability to test multiple cars how can you be sure you have the appropriate setup? Once you get a GTS in and have solid info that would be of interest.

    The setup is designed for the 812 SF, it has been tested on numerous cars without CELs or any other issues. The question is cross-compatibility to the GTS, entirely possible we change the design for the individual sub-models, won't know until we do.

    Our R&D schedule is full of other projects currently (SF90, 992 GT3, STO) so it will take us a little while before we are able to dive back into it. That being said, it will be done. Just need the time and another car.

    Depends on the year of the 812!

    Our high-flow cats are guaranteed to not throw a catalyst-related CEL on any 812' built prior to the addition of monitored GPF's (pre-2022 I believe), however on 2023+ 812's you will get a CEL from removing the monitored Gasoline Particular Filter within the OEM downpipe. We do however have a couple workarounds for that GPF in R&D, hope to have it released shortly!

    I am talking about pre-GPF. This is a 2019 car. So you guarantee no CEL? I dont understand how you do this and Novitec, Kline, Capristo cannot. They all use the same HJS german catalytic converters.

    Are you expecting the owners of your systems to use your spacers with a mini cat core in them?

    We absolutely do not require or expect owners to use spacers, we are fully confident in our design and work with HJS directly to ensure the proper core is used regardless of expense.

    A lot of the other systems on the market use a smaller diameter core, which tends to cause a CEL due to holding less precious metals. Ours are packed to the gills with Platinum, Palladium, and Rhodium and have never caused us an issue! Truly the best option for the platform.

    Is there a reason why your sport cat + x pipe does not sound as high pitch as the Novitec one? Is it the lack of rear muffler modification?

    That is correct, the rear muffler do tend to take the edge off. That being said, our system is compatible with Novitech's rear section!

    Our Sport cats + X-pipe do produce a much higher pitch, F1 style scream than factory, but are still able to pass emissions without any further modification. Which is another reason for the sound differentiation.

    Unleash performance and sound from your Ferrari 812 with our High Flow HJS Sport Cats and X-Pipe Exhaust System.

    Our sport cats feature German-made HJS 200 cell EURO 6 EC certified compliant tri-metallic catalytic converters. We use enlarged 5in /127mm piping from the engine side to the cat, greatly improving flow over the factory design. These are the largest and highest flowing catalytic converters you can fit on the 812 Superfast. Large diameter catalytic converters are better because they allow for more exhaust flow and the increased catalysts surface area allows for better exhaust gas filtering which means emissions compliance that will NOT trigger a check engine light. The factory 812 exhaust system uses an archaic H-pipe design that is cheap to manufacture. An H-pipe does not allow for efficient exhaust gas scavenging and thus does not balance the exhaust tone between the two cylinder banks. Our X-pipe is investment cast from stainless steel. Using a cast design allowed us to CAD design an X-pipe with a knife-edge center that perfectly melds the two cylinder banks allowing for improved scavenging efficiency and a smooth ripping V12 sound.

    SOUND:

    These Sport Cats paired with our X-Pipe will bring out the wailing F1 sound that Ferrari owners love. The exhaust note is significantly louder than stock, but totally drone-free thanks to the harmonic properties of the V12. Due to the completely free-flowing design of the OEM rear mufflers, this is the only way to add true sound to the 812. Check out our videos below to hear for yourself!


    POWER:

    Our Sport Cat and X-Pipe Exhaust System was developed on our in-house DynoJet. At the wheels, we saw max gains of 30.2 WHP and 31.5 ft/lbs of TQ. That's 36 HP at the crank. Peak HP went up from a baseline of 661.8 WHP to a whopping 684.3 WHP.

    No issue with the X-pipe causing a CEL, the sport cats will depend on model year (specifically GPF-equipped cars being the issue)
