For Sale 95 355 GTB, 6-speed, Black on Black, 61k miles

1995 F355 GTB, 6-speed, 61K miles, black on black, very well sorted driver. $55,000

Built in July 1994; this is allegedly one of Ferrari’s first 355’s delivered to the USA and originally purchased on November 26, 1994 at Ferrari of San Francisco by Dr. Greg Jenkins, husband of Olympic gold medal ice skater Peggy Fleming. It is not a garage queen, it has been driven and enjoyed as Enzo intended. I love this car and thought I would own it the rest of my life but must sell it to fund a real estate transaction. I performed an extensive major service when I purchased it in June 2017 including a full service kit from Ricambi, Hill Engineering bearings, valve seals, refurbished and tested both heads, adjusted timing, ect. I have pictures documenting all work done. It has always been a strong motor and is very mechanically sound. It was actually my daily driver for the first 9 months of my ownership (except on days it rained). I installed a remote starter relay to prevent the common 355 starting issue. While the engine was out I also replaced nearly every amp connector in the engine bay with gold contacts and new boots.

It has been repainted as a result of gravel damage experienced during the original Ferrari Owner’s Group (FOG) road rally and has had some body work done over the years. The seats were also completely redone to factor specs with new leather. The valve guides were replaced in 2001 as well as the Ferrari factory replacement/upgrade of the headers in 2002.

Other upgrades include aftermarket HRE C20 3-piece 19″ competition wheels. The original shocks were upgraded by Delta Vee Motorsports with the F355 Sport Suspension conversion. Front and rear brand new original Ferrari Challenge Fiorano handling pack anti-roll bars have been installed (original will be included with sale). Brake rotors have been replaced and upgraded with new factory original rotors that were custom cryo-treated by TBM Brakes and Hawk Blue brake pads for incredible stopping and zero fade (brakes do squeel a bit). Capristo Exhaust with electronic key fob control to remotely open and close the bypass valve has been installed. The valve also opens upon ¾ throttle. It has a built-in Escort 9500-ci radar detector with laser jammers front and rear. The car has been lowered and received suspension tuning, including corner weight balancing by Dave Graff at Borelli Motorsports. The original full tool kit, and red Ferrari car cover are included. I hope to find a new owner that will enjoy and care for this amazing work of art the same way I have.

There are a couple of incidents on the Carfax. One of these I believe was damage to the undercarriage where the left front lower control arm and sway bar were replaced. Two others I suspect were one incident that was double reported that was due to kids trowing rocks at the car (documented on Fchat). I have a spreadsheet of services dating back to 1998. There are two very small rock chips in the windshield that have been there since before I purchased the car. The leather on the front of the gauge cluster and passenger airbag have pulled slightly but not enough to expose the edge and has not gotten worse since my purchase. There appears to be a slight oil leak from the front of the motor but not bad enough for me to investigate it. This is a drivers car so it is by no means perfect but it is what I would consider one of the nicest, most reliable and well sorted drivers quality 355s you will find.
