Got it sorted, had to turn some stuff off and some on in the settings, factory mode screen and wait with ignition off for the unit to reset. Works great and I'm sure the swapping back between the car and the unit will not be a big problem.
awesome, glad you got it sorted! figured it was a hidden setting somewhere or something. and yes you’re right, once it’s set up the switching back and forth is very simple if ever needed, it’s not really a huge deal

I have found one problem after installing the unit. The audio for my front and rear parking sensors in now not working, the visual is fine and when I adjust the volume for then in the RHScreen it makes the beep but not when parking?
that’s very strange, maybe ask the sellers again see if they’ve had other reports of that. mine works the same way that it did before i installed, beeps on reverse just fine
I have reached out to the manufactures in the hopes it is something simple that they can rectify, maybe a bad pin in the connectors or a setting? yours working fine gives me hope, at least it is easy to get to in my car.
