Saw a red Testarossa on 4th Ave yesterday. Just caught a glimpse, but it looked real.

 

The Annual Rain Festival...I mean Bear Paw Festival...car show is this Friday night, 10 July in Eagle River. Might even be dry this year. I like to call it the Park, Pose, and Eat Car Show. I will be in the black car.

"Take a drive down memory lane and check out the classic cars at the Bear Paw Classic Car Show. Mercury’s Model T’s, Mustangs and more classics will be on hand Friday, July 10 from 6 – 9 pm on Business Boulevard adjacent to Valley River Center.

Check out some of the finest street machines in Alaska. Check out the Best Imports, Best Truck, Best Street Machine, Best Sports Car, and many more.

STAGING INSTRUCTIONS -

To access car show area, please turn onto Business Blvd at Taco Bell. You will be vetted into the car show venue from the North side of Business Blvd. Staging begins at 5:00pm

There are no entry fees or admission for vehicles or for spectators. Registration is at the event. Business Blvd closes at 10am & staging within the Road Closure will begin no earlier than 5pm. Please plan to arrive by 6pm and follow the stagers instructions on placement of your vehicle along Business Boulevard.

Trophy presentation will be at 8:30 pm. Enjoy the music from the “cruise” era and the wheels that were hosted by radio host CC."

I saw a red F355 on O'Malley today, but I don't know if it was real. It had a tan interior and rear black challenge grill.

 

I saw a DeLorean for sale today at the south side Lowe's. License was "NOCOKE".

 

Aside from the real orange Gallardo I saw today, these two are for sale at the Shell station on Boniface. $10K each, same owner of both, both are Fiero. But...real Compomotive wheels on the red one, and darn good HRE replicas on the black one. Area code is 907 for anyone Outside who is interested.

Not making this up, but skeptical. Talking to a guy today who is pretty car smart, and he used to race motorcycles in the 80's. Said his friend saw "one of those new 2015 Ferrari Berlinettas, 12 something" in downtown Anchorage last week. Silver or grey.

He is trying to find a pic for me.

 

I'm surprised there isn't an FF or two up there.
