I have a Ferrari back in the stable. That was a dreadful 3 months without one! Everything is soooo nice and mint. Some of the buttons are starting to feel sticky (a little bit), that wasn't disclosed to me. My last Ferrari had already had all the buttons re-finished. Any way to clean or do they have to be removed and sent off? Congrats! I was hoping to hear about your road trip but probably a good decision to get it shipped. Enjoy!
I've put about 120 miles on her so far. The title won't be here until tomorrow so I don't have any registration paperwork or tags (so I'm not venturing too far from home). I can't wait to get tags on her, I'm ready for a road trip!
I had a 2002 Ferrari 360 Spider with a gated manual transmission. Great car, but I only put 1k miles on it in a year.
Got the tags and got her registered. About to head out the door in this heat and put the top down and drive to Lubbock. Road trips are beginning! Then on to Plano on Thursday and Ft. Worth on Saturday.
Permanent license plate or temp tags? I thought the former were way behind schedule die to covid19 shutdowns...T
Permanent license plate. I have military license plates that go from vehicle to vehicle with me. The registration office is right across the courthouse where my office is Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
110 mile drive in 104 degree weather with the top down and a smile the whole way. Getting the Windows and Windshield tinted. Then back home for new tires on Wednesday. Going with Michelin Pilot Sport 4s. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Got her home from having the windows tinted. On the drive up there it was 104 and I drove with the top down. Today it was 83 degrees on the drive home but I couldn't put the top down because of the fresh tint!! . Tomorrow morning new tires and then off to Boardwalk Ferrari for annual service. Having lived through a couple of summers in Austin, my hat’s off to you for keeping the top down. On second thought, I’m keeping the hat on!
