    Do you mean multi-region players? If so, ebay has them. You can also buy chips and modify some brands yourself. And you can mod your x-box to play muti-region also.

    search for "all region" or "region free" dvd on ebay, you'll get a bunch. i need to get one for all the english dvds i have and plan to get
