I am going . I think only FCA members can sell only but anybody can attend.
It's definitley worth going to. It seems it's only getting bigger every year. Not a whole lot of stuff, but alot of Ferrari guys.
What is the best time to arrive? And how about parking a non Ferrari? Across the street in the strip mall?
I didn't know they were doing anything - I went in on Sat. morning to look at the blue 355 there (just because of the color - not to buy) and some guy was unloading Ferrari prints -I guess that was for the sale.
Lou - I think if you couldn't park in the dealers lot, you could park across the street.
I'll be coming down this weekend.
Where and when?
What time does it start?
What do the vendors bring? Don't want to travel for just books, magazines or key chains.
Ill probably stop by after Crystal Cove. Keep an eye out for me!
Im on the hunt for some more 1/18 models
Jordan, I might have more what you are looking for. I will have 3 tables loaded with Ferrari collectables - diecast toys and some Boxer engine parts.
This should be a good turn out .
See you Saturday
what time does it start?
Can someone post directions from Laguna Beach to F of OC? I don't live in the area full time.
What time will it start?
7:30 am . Location is 1 block west of Harbor , just off the 405 frwy.
What's the weather forecast? I hear it's raining pretty hard down there. I'll be driving down tomorrow afternoon.
Not much of a swap meet. Pinin, is it always that small? I gather you were the one that had the biggest selection (car models)? Kinda surprising FOC doesn't try to make this into a bigger event...
I went and it was pretty interesting. Pleasure meeting Dave L., seeing the other Dave L., dealing with the other other Dave , and running into Dom, Armen, and Rick. Thanks for that amazing deal on the models Dave! Im loving that 550. Drop me an e-mail and I will mail you those photos!
Lat year it was alot bigger. I figured this year it would be even BIGGER. Unfortunately it wasn't that good this year. I did pick me up a few rare Cavallino mags.
Ya ... not so good ! We will try again next year and mabey advertise here on the chat a couple weeks ahead of the event. I came away with a fatter wallet
