Anyone make your own model / rc race track in the garage?

I did a really simple oval one for my boys today (ages 3 & 5). They have some Ferrari 430 Challenge RC cars and they had a blast

 

I've been thinking about doing that.

I've thought of doing that but there are these 1/2" wide and 1/2" deep slots between the poured concrete slabs that make that section a bit bumpy.

Crap I followed the link in the thread and posted in the wrong thread so

Were starting to plan our next office event and we settled on slot cars
