A great day for spotting, it seems! First, my only spot from yesterday: Steve Harvey driving his silver Rolls-Royce Phantom on Texas plates at Roswell Road and West Paces.

    Today:
    - white Audi R8 at Piedmont and Lenox Road.
    - white Bentley Arnage parked at Whole Foods on West Paces and Peachtree.
    - red Ferrari F430 Spider near Chastain Park.
    - yellow Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster on dealer plates on Roswell Road at West Paces. Here's another angle and here's another one of this absolutely stunning car!
    - Young Jeezy's light blue Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster - naturally, still on temporary plates - at Lenox Mall valet.
    - Steve Harvey's silver Maybach 57 pn Texas plates at Phipps Plaza valet.
    - black Rolls-Royce Phantom on dealer plates at Lenox and Piedmont.

Despite spotting that great Diablo Roadster, the highlight of my day had to be the caravan of Rolls-Royce Phantoms down Peachtree. There was a gold Phantom Drophead, a black Phantom on California plates, and a second black Phantom. They drove in a pack and ultimately turned into Phipps Plaza, where they were all parked in valet next to Steve Harvey's Maybach. An incredible sight to see on the roads - about $1m in cars!

Another great night tonight - in addition to a two-tone Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph at Terminus and a black Ferrari 599 GTB on California plates heading down Peachtree, I caught a bright red Tesla Roadster in valet at Aja, the new restaurant in the building at the corner of Lenox Road and Phipps Drive. Here's another angle of the car. It had no license plates and the valets described it as "very quiet." I'm sure it's one of only one or two in the state. What a sighting!!

Mine from tonight, a lot like Doug's, mostly because he told me about 2 of them, but still awesome...

Tesla Roadster at Aja and then again turning left from Peachtree onto Piedmont. It was really quiet and sounded almost like a golf cart, very cool to see driving around town! The valet guy at Aja also said that it was one of the Signature Tesla Roadsters, of which there were only 100 made.
599 at Terminus and a 430 at Buckhead Pizza across Peachtree from Intercontinental.

Do you remember if the one you saw had a plate on it, cause this one didn't have anything at all.

Nope, no plates at all. Just checked my archive and didnt see anything. Rear looked the same, with no license plate.

I wonder how he was able to drive it w/ no plates....? When I toke the pic., it was back on Jan. 31. Hard to think that he still hasnt gotten a plate for it yet or at least gotten a super temporary one like Jeezys doing :D.

As long as the police don't see it, it isn't a problem. And considering how understaffed police departments in the area are, I'd be surprised if he ever got pulled over.

    Spots from me today:
    - brand new Bentley Continental Flying Spur Speed at Peachtree and Roxboro Road.
    - extremely rare blue Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport on North Carolina plates at Peachtree and Roxboro Road.
    - black Ferrari 430 Scuderia at Phipps Plaza valet.
    - yellow Ferrari F430 Spider on Florida plates at Caribou Coffee on Peachtree and Piedmont.
    - yellow Lamborghini Gallardo parked in heavy rain outside Brio on Peachtree near Pharr Road.

Curiously, the plate on the 430 Scuderia and the plate on the Flying Spur Speed were just 68 numbers apart!

The Flying Spur Speed spot was my 100th spot for the month. I had been attempting to achieve that goal for some time now. :D

    Mine from today...

Gallardo on Peachtree at West Paces...I wasn't ready for this one at all because it had just started raining really bad and it came out of nowhere
Corvette Grand Sport on Peachtree in Brookhaven
Maserati Coupe driven by a very young female at Roswell Rd and Piedmont

Glad to see more Scuds driving around town, I'm sure with the summer months coming up we will start seeing them a lot more often

Mine from today...I'm still kinda pissed that I missed the best spots 2 days in a row...

Started off with a 430 at the Mansion
V8 Vantage convertible at Whole Foods, the first convertible I've seen all year
There was a pretty amazing display of Ferraris at St. Regis tonight, a 355 Spyder, 430, Testarossa and as I was leaving another 430 showed up too. There was also an older Bentley Continental there as well. There was another Ferrari there earlier but I missed it due to my lazy co worker making me stay late at work.
R8 at Lenox, it was blocked in so all I could get was this blurry picture
Last was a white CLK 63 Black Series on Florida plates at Phipps, this car looks incredible in white and those black wheels really look good on it!

I had a good feeling about tonight due to the warm weather and add plenty of sunshine. The first spots were at the St. Regis hotel, not one but three total at this time. But I saw a total of 5 at this location throughout the evening.
    1) A red Ferrari F430 coupe - I believe to be Lumberman’s, with Montana tags.
    2) A blue Ferrari 355 spider – mwhitesell’s.
    3) A black Ferrari F430 Scuderia.
    4) A black Audi R8 at Lenox ….as ZonderF mentioned.
    5) A red Ferrari F430 spider with challenge wheels that were painted black. This car was great looking with this color combination and with the yellow calipers. It was observed on Peachtree exiting Phipps.
    6) A blue Lamborghini Gallardo roadster on Roswell road exiting the Shell service station.
    7) A red Ferrari Testarossa that joined the fun at the St. Regis.
    8) A red Ferrari F430 coupe with after market wheels at the Mansion.
    9) A red Ferrari F430 coupe with challenge wheels that also was at the Saint Regis.
    10) A silver Lamborghini Gallardo roadster on Peachtree.
    11) A yellow Lamborghini roadster parked off of Northside.
    12) A yellow Ferrari F430 spider with after market wheels driving on Roswell, this car has Florida tags and is one of our regulars. I do have a photo that shows this car at a distance- I chose not to show it due to poor quality.

It was a real treat to view the Ferrari gathering at the Saint Regis. Thanks guys! West

As posted, a wonderful night tonight. However it appears that I got the luckiest as I was fortunate enough to shoot a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 on the road tonight! Here's another angle of the car, which I saw getting off Georgia 400 at Lenox Road.

Also tonight, a great group at the St. Regis, which included three Ferraris together and another parked with a Bentley nearby. Those cars were a red F430 on Montana plates, a dark blue F355 Spider, a black 430 Scuderia, and a red Testarossa. Later another red F430 appeared. The Bentley was a rare Continental on Honorary Consul plates; here's a shot of that vehicle.

    Other sightings:
    - extremely rare black 2002-2005 Acura NSX at Whole Foods at West Paces and Peachtree.
    - black Audi R8 (6-speed!) at Lenox Mall valet.
    - black Ferrari F430 driving on Piedmont and Lenox Road. Here's another angle.
    - red Ferrari F430 at the Mansion valet.
    - gold Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster parked in general parking at Phipps Plaza. Here's another angle of that stunning car.
    - blue Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder in valet at Hal's, behind Tin Lizzy's.
    - white Mercedes CLK63 Black Series on Florida plates at Phipps Plaza valet.

An amazing night in Buckhead - certainly among the very best for me.

I was wondering if that was your car but the different rims and Florida plates kinda threw me off. It looks great, I like the new rims a lot.

-red V8 Vantage in the side lot at Lenox
    -DB9 at St. Regis
-GT-R in the front lot at Lenox
-R8 right in front of Tin Lizzy's
-blue Drophead on Peachtree...I wish I could have zoomed out a bit because Doug was about 5 cars back. This car was also rumored to be owned by Usher but he wasn't the one driving it today. It was later seen parked in valet at Lenox.
    -DB9 convertible at Phipps
-997 GT3 and GT-R at Terminus. I was thinking to myself the other day that it had been a few weeks since I'd seen a GT-R so I guess today made up for it.
-Z8 turning into The Mansion on Peachtree

Great to see you around again!

Quite a few cars out today (especially Aston-Martins), including the only two exotics I've ever seen on Emory plates:
    - gold Aston-Martin DB9 first at the St. Regis, then driving near Piedmont and Roswell Road.
    - black Aston-Martin DB9 Volante on Piedmont near Peachtree.
    - dark gray Aston-Martin DB9 Volante on Alabama plates at Peachtree near Lenox Mall.
    - red Aston-Martin DB9 Volante on Peachtree at West Paces. Interestingly, I had this plate on a silver DB9 Volante; I guess the owner either repainted or got a new car entirely!
    - silver Aston-Martin DB9 Volante on Breast Cancer plates at Phipps Plaza.
    - silver Aston-Martin DB9 Volante on West Paces near Peachtree.
    - black Aston-Martin V8 Vantage at New York Prime valet.
    - black Bentley Continental on Honorary Consul plates getting on GA-400 at Lenox Road.
    - black BMW Z8 at the Mansion valet.
    - yellow Dodge Viper RT/10 on Emory plates on Peachtree between Piedmont and West Paces.
    - black Ferrari 575M on University of Georgia plates on Powers Ferry near Chastain Park late tonight. The driver stopped so I could get a photo and talked to me for a second. Great car, owner, and sound!
    - black Ferrari F430 on Peachtree near Lenox Mall.
    - red Ferrari F430 Spider on Emory plates at Caribou Coffee on Peachtree and Piedmont. Despite different plates and wheels, I believe this is the same car as the one on California plate 430 F1 which we began seeing around recently.
    - white Porsche 911 GT3 [997] at Terminus valet, parked along with a Nissan GT-R.
    - Steve Harvey's silver Rolls-Royce Phantom on Texas plates at the Intercontinental.
    - blue Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead on Peachtree near Piedmont. Here's another angle.

Also caught a greenish Ford Fiesta on Michigan 'manufacturer' plates on Peachtree, and yet another new license plate: a new animal friendly design with a cat on it. I hope the golen retriever one hasn't been replaced; I love it!

Today, the car that stood out for me was a dark red Ferrari 360 Modena that I believe belongs to ''Andy 308''. This particular 360 Modena was stunning in this color it was equipped with most of the Scaglietti options. It was parked at the Atlanta Fish Market.

The second car was the same F430 spider I observed on Friday. This time, like Doug related, it was parked at my favorite coffee house - ''Caribou'' on Peachtree.

Third was a second red Ferrari F430 spider w/ DOCROC vanity plates off of Lenox.

It's 3M Clear Bra that's gotten a little discolored, either due to dirt and road grime or poor application. Lots of exotic owners put them there because the front wheels have a tendency to kick up the stuff if the rear wheel well is flared.

Nice shots! I love that 360 as well. The color approximates the color on my car but looks about a hundred times nicer on the Ferraris; I believe it's Rosso Rubino. I wish I saw more Ferraris in that color! Thanks for the photos as always! :)

I was wondering if you would spot me last night, we did indeed go to Atlanta Fish Market. It was such a great night last night.

    Doug,

Actually that color is Rosso Fiorano and I just fell in love with that color when I saw it. You guys don't miss much!

I don't post much here since I do most of my photography at car shows, which really doesn't fit the thread. But after attending the Centennial HS show yesterday, I went to Northview HS in Johns Creek to watch the Gator lacrosse team play (and lose, unfortunately) in the SELC playoffs. Since Sugo was just two minutes away, I went there for a late dinner and found this Gallardo Superleggera in the lot. It's the same car that was at the "Potenza on Peachtree" event that FoA held at The Mansion earlier this month.

Nice spot on that Superleggera, Jim...I've still never seen one on the road.

I went joyriding today and here's what I came across along the way...

    -Jeezy's LP640 Roadster at Phipps
-my favorite picture of the day...a red 430 being followed by a black 430 Scuderia on West Paces....they sounded incredible together
-behind my Road Atlanta infield pass is a Viper SRT/10
-360 Spyder at Old Alabama and Haynes Bridge in Alpharetta
-Viper RT/10 and SRT/10 both on Old Alabama Rd
-Austin Healey on Holcomb Bridge Rd, it turned into the Publix parking lot and there were a few other Austin Healey's there as well, they were having their monthly meeting
-DB9 convertible at Piedmont and Roswell Rd
    -Drophead in front of Lenox
-Gallardo Spyder at Chops, first car I've seen at Chops in a while
-Viper SRT/10 pulling into Whole Foods on West Paces
    -R8 at Fogo de Chao
-green NSX in general parking at Phipps

Hi Andy, I first caught a glimpse of you when you passed the traffic signal on Piedmont and Peachtree traveling south. I was just exiting Terminus. I thought I would not get a photo due to the length of the signal but on my way home I saw the car at The Atlanta Fish Market. Your color is so rare and with all those options I knew it had to be your baby. Hope you can visit the area again, I would like to say hi next time. West

Hey Jim, its always a pleasure to view your artwork no matter what thread you post them on. Jim I wanted to ask you a question about a car you shot in Buckhead enroute to F.O.A not too long ago, it was a black Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona spyder. Was that car a real spyder or a great conversion? West

I think I saw you taking the pictures, I should have waked over and introduced myself. We were sitting on the "porch" outside having some Stone Crabs and and wine. Our daughter had a sleepover at a friends house so my wife and I decided we were in the mood for some Stone Crabs, then we went over to Phipps and had some dessert at The Grape.
