I used to be on asprin to thin the blood at the same time taking cholesterol tabs.
Turns out the Ctabs are essential due to hereditary (sister is on 'em as well) but I shouldn't have been on the asprin 'cos of that.

Longest sector I’ll ever do is around four hours, so not as much of an issue for me as it is for Gary.
Having said that, our cockpit is relatively cramped and obviously I can’t go for a walk to stretch the legs and leave it to the work experience kid.

Maybe I’ll start wearing these to work...

Surely also a similar problem as getting doctors to go to rural locations - they just don't want to leave the cities...

Yeah it's an OHOS not like yours....It's the classic 300 with the old Roller engines( 3 spool)....The good thing is we get stairs and air bridges....Not Ladders.....:)

That's awesome Steve....Nice piece of Kit....Far more advanced than what I fly...We run 186 computers so you spend all your time using your 3 times table and 8 times table to run them....We get the 777X in 2 years so hopefully that will be a total beast....

I just watched those guys do the review of the F12 TDF vs 812.....I'm really thinking about a 458 as they have finally gone sub 300K...I must admit I would rather have the F12....

Honestly, the only aircraft I stand and watch depart every evening is the Emirates 777. Our taxiway is VERY close to 23/05.
Apart from the fact I’d like to be on it, it’s the coolest thing that comes into YPAD bar none.

I’m in the same boat. My heart says 458, but my head says 488. I’m just not old enough for a FEHOS.
Chloe bought a new car yesterday, so she won’t be buying a Portofino, and that makes the above decision more relevant again.

Think the car guys did a 458 vs 488....The 458 won hands down.....The F12 at 700 BHP does look better though...Just needs to depreciate a little more...

I know that that’s the case - most car reviewers prefer the 458 due to NA, and “sound”.

But I have to say, IMO, the sound thing is over-played.
At The Bend a couple of weeks ago the 488s sounded fantastic. As did the Portofino, FWIW.
I didn’t really feel that the 458 sounded that much better - and there was a Speciale there.
My 355 sounded better than all of them, despite being the slowest OHOS there...

    :p

Must admit I can’t wait to get my 355 back...It’s almost been a year and a half...I’m doing my last parts run next week for it , getting extra bits that they replaced on JMs car that Pierre said to replace on my car.....I hope I get it by Christmas.....Fingers crossed...
