Yep. Anyway, I'll be slowly cutting back. I'm thinking 3 days a week is about the sweet spot until the kids finish school - that might make me a bit happier

Yep. We are so big now, that our head office has lost sight of our core business. The structure is too complicated, even at the phone and bookings level. The top referrers just call my mobile rather than go through our call centre. I always enjoy pointing out to the useless managers that in business terms, I am a revenue centre, they a cost centre. “Give me everything I need to make enough money to pay your salary”
