Welcome back mate.....Your not wrong....My Chicago to HongKong flight ended up being 16:50 hours last week after having to de ice in ORD. Watched the sun come up and go down twice. Nearly killed me.....Thank Fuchs the petrol tanks aren't any bigger on the 777......When does the first jet get delivered to Adelaide?....
Thanks Gary. Why did I have it in my head that you were on the A330? That length of time is bad enough in the back eating / sleeping and drinking scotch. I can’t imagine how long it must seem up the front. Latest on the -24 is it should be here late March. I’ve got a couple of weeks in Cairns now then back to Adelaide for another couple of weeks off. The plan is to go back to work two or three weeks before it arrives to help finalise ops / flight plans etc.
