Again, another nice pool feature [emoji12] and ofcourse way to much work, if you could afford and have a use for it, what airplane would you buy Peter and why , it must have crossed your mind from time to time Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Same question for you Steve, if you had the money spare and fancied a recreational aircraft, what would it be and why? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
No, it's never crossed my mind. I learnt how to fly in a Piper Arrow, Cessna 152, 172, 182R, but wasn't ever tempted to buy any of them.
I see, I did a few hours in a 152 and a few in a PA 38 tomahawk, the Cessna was more stable than the piper but the piper was a bit more fun for me, I like the view in a low wing aircraft . Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Adrian if it Fuchs , Floats or Flies ,Rent it......BTW if you want a tiger Moth resto project you can have mine for 18 K...It's Aussie Delivered......I'll never do it.....
Haha I’ve not got the drive to do up anything Gary , getting the lawn mower out gives me anxiety, there is a fully restored one on there for a lazy $110,000 cheap cheap[emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
High wings are cooler, shady I guess but I like the view in lower wing stuff Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
The best view is DOWN....that's what I want to look at. Good for finding an emergency landing place too, not that I've ever needed one.
Ofcourse you are, run of the mill so to speak [emoji12] Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I call bull dust, I recon you’d run a Suffolk’s Squire 19” https://www.oldlawnmowerclub.co.uk/sites/default/files/brochures/Suffolk%20Squire.pdf Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
And I’m going to give Mobil1 5/w50 a run at the next oil change, winter is coming (couple of weeks till GOT starts [emoji16]) Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I’ve owned a Cessna 210, a Piper Lance, and an Aerostar. All were great in their own way, but the best advice you’ll hear on the subject has already been delivered by Gary. If I was wealthy I’d consider a Piper Mirage. If I was super wealthy I’d buy a PC-12, and if I was get ****ed wealthy I’d buy a PC-24. But I’d rather have this than any of them. https://www.platinumfighters.com/spitfirepl344
I think you'll find Ferrari recommends 10W60 now for Australia....Our winters are extremely mild compared to Europe...It's an interesting subject as I thought the most wear on an engine happens at startup?.....
