Excellent work Speedcore, and what a fabulous display of cars. You've done us a great service. :)

It's a pity Canberra couldn't find a nice park to show the cars off on a green lawn. The dustbowl effect doesn't do it for me. :(

You were up early Mark. Was up myself around that time (got up about an hour before the alarm went off) as I had to take a friend to the airport.

Here's a pic of the M5 doing 180 down the straight.... just about to change into 2nd gear :)

Saw a stunning SL500 in the city today...

NOw I know this isn't a car to usually talk about, but plate "22" made it worth mentioning...

Well caught a glimpse of a 430 spider (plate Q13) in the corner of my eye as I was checking out the two lambos in Euromarque (got a yellow G next to the blue M now).

Also saw a M-class mercedes (500 or under) running 22 inch wheels, very amusing.

Those guys need to join up with the Club sometime (well, not Pete - he already has done!) and take part in our runs!

I've asked Phil (308, black wheels) but apparently he isn't into the "club thing". Not sure about the other two, I would say the 360 might exceed its km limit (done 3000km so far) if it went on FCA runs. ;)

wouldnt wanna do too many k's in it, just think of how it would affect the resale, with only 3000k's on it he'll still be able to get what he paid for it ;)

Whilst it's not exactly an exotic, on Saturday evening I saw my first M6 (plate QQM60Z), the bodykit upgrades look fantastic. I didn't know that they had arrived yet. It flew past me after it came onto the highway, but the sound was less then inspiring.

Most (but not all) of the R230s I see out and about carry heritage plates. A marriage made in heaven, IMHO.
