I have seen the posts here about availability of Baldwin filters. We now have the B253's in stock. Pricing is as follows:

MSRP: $22.00 ea.
DexM list price: $11.00ea.
F-Chat member price: $10.00 ea./$108.00/case (i.e. $9.00 ea. if you buy a case)

Hope this helps out anyone who can't find them locally.
