Hi. I’m fitting a dinoparts ignition to my 1973 246 and apparently there is a battery positive terminal in the boot but for the life of me I can’t find it. Any pointers would be appreciated.

I'm not aware of any such factory terminal in the boot. I had a MSD unit for a while that required a direct, positive and negative feeds. I ran them from the battery through the tubing used for the clutch cable tube, through the engine compartment and to the boot. I protected the wire so vibration wouldn't wear through the insulation.
