Belgium Grand Prix tickets from Easy Grand Prix Tickets

Does anyone have experience buying tickets from Easy Grand Prix Tickets? https://www.easygpt.co.uk/index.asp
I ordered tickets for Spa from them some time ago, but can't contact them by phone, web site or email.
They emailed originally that the tickets would be shipped by UPS 10 to 14 days before the race, but I will already be in Italy by then. They haven't responded to my email about that.
If anyone has bought tickets from them before, do you have connections or a better idea of how to reach them?
