Anyone got recommendations on best driving roads in Vegas area? I usually use Lake Mead Recreation park when I'm in town, but it seems that the Mclaren crash and Corsa Rally heated that area up recently. Was just there today and saw 4 park Rangers in total patrolling around pulling speeding vehicles over. Usually I don't even see a single one. Red Rock is pretty but often too crowded, and has the highest law enforcement. MT. Charleston is a bit less crowded, but also seems to have a high Ranger presence. Those are the only roads I know. Interested in hearing other's thoughts!
The ones you named are all good roads including the Valley of Fire but you can't go to any of them thinking you are going to open up your car. I just go out for a nice Sunday drive and all is well. Law enforcement officers leave you alone if you aren't trying to get their attention.
