    Be very careful how much oil you put on those filters or your MAF sensors will take it in the shorts.

    I tried the BCM filters, and after about 8-10 months the heat in the engine bay turned the red rubber/plastic material of the BCM's to jello. They literally fell apart when I took them out.

    Another reason the engine bay should have better air circulation. I am seriously thinking about adding some louver vents to the hood. I have K&N filters and they have been good. Never any problems.

    They come pre-oiled from the factory. Just open the box and pop them in the car.
