this is not a question of which is better or worse just wanted to get some discussion and see some opinions on the different sounds and feel under acceleration cruising etc.

I like both, have had 3 and driven many.

Injected car is better built if that matters. Injected car starts and runs right away and is significantly better on fuel, actually staggeringly better on fuel. More torque and the quickest 0-60 time of the 3 boxer versions. More refined.

Carb'd can be easily modified to make a lot more power vs injected, easily but both can be modified to make more power. Tires cost a little less, starting involves a procedure, smells of fuel, eats fuel at an alarming rate. Will walk away from an injected car once you're rolling at jail-time speeds.

A boxer feels like a boxer regardless of the model. The differences are subtle in feel like driving a carb'd 308 vs an injected 308. They each have their pros and cons, only you can decide which one makes you grin more.
