You are trivialising my comments, viz. do I have shares in PH (can't you spell Planet Holywood); making six posts (Duh - sorry !).

FYI, I visited a number of other excellent restaurants in NYC.
Do you want me to do a Zagats style report on each.

And every NYC local that I met was friendly and personable - are you an exception to the rule.

Easy, fella. Just wondering why with 4,000+ restaurants in NYC, of which many are excellent and many are better and cheaper than Planet 2 L's Hollywood, you prattle on so much about a tourist trap chain restaurant. Yes, tell the OP about the other restaurants that you visited. Everyone knows what a Planet 2 L Hollywood is like, he might like to hear about the quintessential New York places.

After all, you don't go to Paris and eat at McDonalds. Why go to New York and eat at Planet Hollywood?

I know there are no PH's in Oz, but I'm sure that if I asked you about good restaurants in Sydney, Melbourne, Brizzy, Cairns, Adelaide, Perth or wherever you are that you would come up with several recommendations that I can't find in 15 other cities in the world.

Even though I no longer live in NYC, I'm just telling it like it is. Nothing personal.

    That's all.

The best restaurant close to you is Taboon. 10th and 52. Monday I'm back in the city, and could have dinner with you there. Anybody else interested?
