Anyone else ever had this happen? Can somebody tell me what gives? is it a relay or do I need a new ignition cylinder/switch? As an aside I just repalced the white (left) fusebox...
Did you remove any relays? If so you may have a relay mixed up on the relay board. You may have realy number 113 in place of a 101. Or it could quite possiably be that you miss wired the fuse panel to have constant power instead of key on, running power. So when you shut the car off it does not cut the power to the ignition system.
Wrong fuse box. Check again - they might look the same on the front but on the back side of the box you will see different connections.
The front is identical but the back is different. Notice how the three on the right are linked but on the other only two. The one with the 2 is correct for my car but the one with the three made my car start by itself (very scary when that happens) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Doesn't that mean she still wants to be driven These F-cars have minds of there own - do not deny her - keep on driving until she wants to STOP...
I knew someone was going to reply with a comment like that as soon as I sent it out... Alas, I try to please my mistress every chance I get. She's only nineteen though and i do have a hard time keeping up with her at times.
Interesting!!! I will try and undo what i've done and see if that helps. Do you have a part # for the correct one. I actually have two but I did notice that the one I replaced has extra jumpers on the top left. I ended up having to buy some jumpers from radio shack to give me enough terminals to plug everything back in... thanks for the qiuik reply guys
Not sure of the part number for your application, but check the original and get the exact same one or it will not work.
