Hey everyone, I'm planning on attending the Art Center Car Show in Pasadena, and wanted to see if anyone would like to join me. The show is at the Pasadena Art Center from 10a - 4p. Admission prices are $10 at the door. Along with seeing one of our friends display his XJ220-S at the show, there will be other great cars like the following: Bernie Carl's 1962 250 GTO Bruce Meyer's 1957 Testarossa John Mozart's 1959 Testarossa Bob Petersen's F40 Dick Marconi's F50 Ron Busuttil's 1958 250tdf I've emailed the event director to see if we can get a few parking spots reserved for the exotic cars - waiting to hear back...will keep you all posted. If not, we can all still park together in the general parking area - I'm sure it will be secure. I also spoke with Matt at Le Petit Cafe in Glendale and he will arrange to have his cafe open for us that morning as a meeting point. Tentatively, we've planned to meet in glendale (off Brand Ave) between 8:30-9:00am on Sunday, 7/18, then all caravan to the show. Come on out!!! It should be a great day to see some nice cars... oh, and bring your ferraris!! I'll be leaving from Irvine that morning - for those of you in the OC area that would like to caravan together, maybe we can meet in our usual coffee bean parking lot (Alton/Jeffrey) around 7:15ish...we can leave at 7:30am. Also... keep your calendars open for 7/24 and 8/1... FDC events are coming your way! Byron
I will be going - I fellow I know from my wife's work at the Jonathan Club should have his M6 out there and I think there might be another fellow as well. Will just meet up in Glendale as I am right downtown. Cheers Kevin
Had planned on Pasadena Art Center event. Your plan to caravan and possible preferred parking sounds great. Look forward to seeing you then. Doug

Will bring to the office tomorrow and scan it for all y'all, unless you want it to be a surprise.... Cheers Kevin
See you there Wayne. It looks like it'll be a great show. Who are the speakers on that day? Will it be Gurney? Pete Brock gave a wonderful talk there last year. Brad
Brad I understand the entirte speech will be about lamborghini!!! Ha see you there the Gallardo will be entered.
Le Petit Cafe is located in the City of Glendale, on N. Brand Ave (between GlenOaks and Dryden - located across the street from the church). Coming from the 134 Westbound, you exit Central/Brand, take a left on Brand (2nd light) and stay on the left. The cafe is on the left side opposite the church. See you there! Byron
Well, I just heard back from Jay Sanders (Director of the event) - unfortunately, we can't get an area blocked off for reserved parking. However, I think that will still be okay, as long as we all park together. The only other way, he mentioned, is to get the individual $250 VIP package. (I think I'll take my chances with parking as a group ) Byron
I don't think my dad and I can make it. Looks like we might be in Laughlin/Vegas. But if we don't go to Laughlin, I will be sure to try and make it.
I opted for the VIP package/lounge etc since I have to be there all day. usually I only last 1-2 hours at car shows (Pebble beach being an exception!)
I might come up, but I'd have to bring my GT2.... but it would be cool to see a variety of nice cars.... I'm trying to get a couple more guys from OC to caravan up with.
New to the board here. I'll be going with two other people but not sure we'll be up and about that early. Although I'd love to start putting some faces to names. Charles Wells (aka senna21)
See you guys tomorrow! For the folks in OC, I'll be meeting at the coffee bean in Irvine around 7:15am... and leaving around 7:30am.... see you there! Byron
