Hi, I intend to inverse the position of the tank gauge and the clock in the center cluster. I know the gauges are maintained in the cluster by a couple of parker screws but the acces behind seems difficult, so I guess it might be easier to first remove the cluster before changing the gauges position? Any tips welcome! Thanks.
Yes, removing the cluster is the only reasonable way to gain access to remove the instruments especially if you intend to swap them around. It isn't that difficult of a job at all once you have the radio removed.
Done. The most difficult part was to put back the 2 top screws of the cluster. It tooks me a while to get them into the holes, but except this, yes that was easy.
Now I can use my phone with my car radio with just masking the (useless) clock instead of the gas gauge: Image Unavailable, Please Login
