Just be careful for bandwidth limits. They may have a 20 GB bandwidth and you post just one video that spreads like wildfire on the internet and you may end up with a $10,000 bill. I kinda had that happen, but not to that degree. My host didn't have the bandwidth monitors working and the entire time I thought I was under the limit because they weren't billing. Then one month I got like a $1,500 bill. So now I watch it very closely and have adjusted my plan to be the most cost effective.
Andrew, you might want to check www.amen.fr which is not as cheap as you found but have very nice prices and good service.
I run my own site and the sites of several clients on http://www.icdsoft.com/ In two years everything has been great, with no or little downtime. And they have lightening fast customer service and tech support. Cost is $60 a year for the first account and then you get a discount on future accounts.
