What year is your 328? Two very different sets of wheels for early and later cars (after suspension changes in 1988).

I know exactly how you feel, been there done that, it took me several years before I could find a set for my QV.
Just be patient and keep looking, something will come up sooner or later. Question: not a Compomotive TS17 it would you settle for a look alike or similar design? I’m asking cause they are currently available.

Mule, can you post pics of your Compomotive? I’ve never seen a convex TS.

    Well, not exactly...

That your wheels are concave, so no ABS, yes indeed; true. But the reverse statement: "my wheels are NO ABS, so concave", is not true: your wheels could be NO ABS, but convex...

Your car is a "serie 1" 328 before the suspensions mods, and without ABS.

What is not right is the implication that "convex wheels" mean necessarly ABS: some of the cars with the convex wheels do not have ABS nevertheless:
    - the so-called "1988 1/2" in the USA: the US 328s already with modifed suspension and therefore bulged, or convex wheels, produced for the second half of the 1988 MY do not have ABS (but all MY 1989 US 328s have it)
    - None of the Australian cars with bulged wheels has ABS
    - all the European 328s with bulged wheels may, or may not, have ABS, which was, and remained, a paying option until the end of production. To know if a car has ABS, you'll have to open the front Hood and look at the brake fluid reservoir.
The bulged wheels only mean the car has the "updated" suspension; to know if it has ABS, you'd have to open the front hood...

    Sigmacars,
Based on your serial number, you do not have the suspension updates and do not have the "bulged" convex wheels. My Compomotives would not fit your car.

Hi Mule, thanks for the pic, beautiful 328 you got there. Ok in regards to the TS wheels, yours looks just like mine except mine is the TS-17”, I don’t think the TS are either convex nor concave, as they are only one type for the TS but just the same, I don’t think the TS wheels will fit the 88/89 328 with Abs.

The first car with revised suspension and bulged wheels is #76626, built late february 1988, and delivered new in Italy, nowadays in Canada. A small number of cars after 76626, such as #76632, at random, are still fitted with the former suspension and therefore concave wheels, notably in Australia.

...because the offsets are very different between "serie 1" cars with concave wheels, and "serie 2" cars with convex wheels...

    Mike,
Mine are TS-17, but they have very little "dish" or depth, maybe just an inch of polished rim on the outside. When I ordered them, they were made to the proper offset to have the specific tire size even with the fender front and back. They are neither convex or concave, the difference is in the offset, not the centers. The factory wheels use the convex or concave centers to achieve the same two different offsets.

Just for the record, as it might be useful to say it again from time to time...and to illustrate the differences between the two suspensions designs:
Offsets for the 308s and the "série 1" 328s on factory wheels are: front: 7 inches rims = 11,15 mm; rear, 8 inches rims = 11,45 mm
Offsets for the "série 2" 328s with revised suspension, factory wheels: front: 7 inches rims = 38 mm; rear, 8 inches rims = 63,5 mm

Well, your baby must be hibernating for some months, then...
By the way, did you tell us in the past how that car came "up north"? Was it driven from the "lower states" up to Alaska?

Wow! That’s a big difference between the two offsets, mine are the 8”, 11.15mm front and 9”, 11.45mm rear.
