Yeah, yeah, I know there are no other forums as good as F-Chat, but I am still interested in developing a comprehensive list of other car enthusiast forums out there. Let's try to make this list as comprehensive as possible. When listing, list the make/model and the link to the forum. I guess we can also include general car forums (PistonHeads, etc.). Any thoughts on your experience on that particular forum would also be much appreciated. Let me start:

    (1) NSX.

Probably one of the best car forums that I have ever seen in terms of layout, content, user input and repository of knowledge. Huge, beautifully laid out FAQ, lovely gallery for owner cars, and respectful and courteous members. Lots of technical prowess too -- lots. Although I don't ska-doodle there much these days, it was a real pleasure to visit when I had my NSX. Fond memories.

    (2) Porsche.

Haven't spent a lot of time on this site when I used to visit (and none recently), but still consider this to be one of the premier Porsche enthusiast websites. Nice sorting by model, and beautifully implemented vB software package (at least at the time I used to visit).

I started a Web page with all the links that have been posted. I'll keep adding to the list as more come in.

I will add every link, until we decide we need some more rules about what gets's posted.

I'll split into smaller sublists, if someone has a consensus suggestion for the categories.

I'll keep it simple to load fast.

    Any other suggestions?

Each manufacturer's section has sub-sections for models. For instance, click on BMW, then choose one of their many models for that respective forum. I used to post here and found it to be a great resource for questions & answers regarding my E46 M3.

Great job all! Keep them coming. If possible, please post some commentary on sites whose content isn't obvious to all.

Bryan's doing a great job of aggregating all of this information in one place -- thanks Bryan!

If you feel like lowering your IQ a few notches, try

Oddly enough, has some great forums, particularly the Car Lounge and Photography forums. Lots of morons there, but the 10% of knowledgable people really make up for it.

I think someone mentioned The Snakepit Grill section is a good place to appreciate the fact that even bigoted rednecks can succeed :)

Great summary guys. Thought I'd check for any updates.

Could one of the moderators also move this to the "Cars & Motorcycles" forum, as I think this thread was created before the sub-segmentation of the forums, and consequently was automatically left here.
