As for the traffic in the picture they were bunched up about 800 yards down the road much like people do when they know the Chip are right behind them all running the same pace.

There is this thing about time and speed, cars traveling at a certain speed will cover a certain amount of distance given enough time........ Unless your rear ended by a Porsche.
