Loosely translated as "caveat emptor". :D

But seriously, my assumption (dangerous I know) is that it means the vehicle does not have any damage or issues beyond what one would typically see on a similar vehicle of the same model and year with similar miles.

I was bidding up to $37.5 on it, and I though I was already bidding to much. I can't believe how much it sold for with those miles!

Also listed on Copart, first one I've seen listed on both IIRC.

Question for those experienced...is this unusual and/or a potential red flag...or is owner just trying to increase the pool of bidders?

Just curious, I'm not a bidder.

Steve, this is the same car that you previously reported on last month from the iAAi site. It sold on iAAi for $40,500 and has been repaired and placed back up for sale. What would this car be worth? Salvage title + 66k miles?

I didn't notice that the IAAI auction as over...given that the link still worked I assumed it was still ongoing.

    Thanks for the clarification.

I will take a swing at guesstimating the worth but with the caveat that it's merely a gut feeling and I don't follow the market that close...$60K retail?

You're probably very close on the the price. I'd probably go to 50k on it but I always come up short. :( That crazy orange G in Vegas last week brought $60,500 which I thought was insane. Looking forward to pics of the orange Diablo on iAAi to see what the damage is there.... I have car fever, quite bad right now, but I'd like to stick to the sub 60k price range for the short term. :(

I think it brought just over 50k. I saw it hit 50,000 then I had a phone come in, took my eyes off the screen and it was gone. :(
