Maybe, but that doesn't matter in the context of that discussion (METF).

Plagiarized the entire management scheme, basically,....from top to bottom.

    Customers are "guests"
Don't point with a finger, "wave" towards amenities, with an open palm.

"ONE Team, one goal" (CHANT with me, all 500 of you!!)
    Creating "WOW" moments...
(That made me recall the guy with a baby stroller, lockd out of the Elevator Lobby back to the Velocity Lounge....they told him "take the stairs around the corner!")
Velocity Lounge is OFF LIMITS for F1 except ticketed "guests" of the Suites...

How to find an ATM, you know basic "Race day Survival skills"......I need to cut and paste this critical email, I responded back in a LENGTHY manner, and have not heard a peep since..

Be just like them to draw a big RED LINE thru my name, and I find out a 6AM, lonely and discarded, out on Elroy Road......

I DO have three days of parking!!!
    So THERE!

I'am reading this right, because it appears to me some folk are sprinkling posts on here, with want of a better word, lets say a tinge of optimism for F1 again.

Good on yer Tex, big yerself up ;)

Nice words for the people in Austin to see. Its not at all doom and gloom this weekend!

--But it’s not just the teams, acutely aware of the potential gains to be garnered from the vast but relatively-untapped American market, who have readily appreciated F1’s return stateside.

"Austin is one of the best weekends of the year,” enthused Lewis Hamilton, the World Championship leader, in Mercedes pre-race preview. Red Bull’s Daniel Ricciardo, the only driver to beat Mercedes to victory this season, was even more effusive.

"Hand on heart, this is probably the date on the calendar I look forward to the most. I've loved every minute of being in Austin: when they picked this place for the US Grand Prix, they absolutely nailed it. The city is awesome. I love listening to live music and this is a great place for that, plus Texas feels like real America, and that's something I've really enjoyed just sinking into the last two seasons.

"And then, there's the important bit. The Circuit of the Americas, in my opinion, is the best of the new breed of circuits.”--

I do believe that the Austin track is as good or better than some of the historical circuits. The COTA is a modern classic.

Ricciardo is a great Ambassador to Austin! I like his attitude very much! We need more of that in F1.

Went to the Red Bull demo downtown today. Pretty good crowd considering it wasn't advertised much. Forgot the earplugs, figured I wouldn't need them for today's F1, but didn't think about the fact the demo was with the 2011 cars. My ears are still ringing. The video doesn't do it justice, but that street area wasn't very wide -- this was by far the closest I've been to a moving F1 car.

^^ Note: not my video, but I'm in it watching on the fence. This one came out better than mine.

By comparison, check out the crowd in 2012 for the demo. The 2012 event was even less promoted, and they ended up calling it a closed event, but the public could come.

I'm becoming more and more a fan of his every day. I don;t really buy F1 gear (or at least I never have before), but I bought 4 Ricciardo hats yesterday for me and my boys.
