Here' another reunion.... 3 or more! Monterey 1994 Cropped a little to remove a rather large woman standing next to one of them. I feared for it....

    THANKS indeed for posting/sharing!

I was there that year - the polished rims car is Don's LP400 (converted to LP400S) and the one in front is Akbar's LP5000S.

    Thanks again. any more?

Totally agree Walter. I've always thought the Bravo was natural evolution of the Countach.

    A pitty really.

No as beloved these days.... I thought the fact that had 'converted' it from LP400 to LP400S was the greater issue though...

OK, youre about to go into sensory overload with these cool 1970s images for the early Countach....mostly shot at the Sant Agata works or in the surrounding Italian countryside. The blue Wolf car is imaged at the Monte Carlo GPin 1976.

    Visually, a Lowbody is..well, lower.
Red car below is an LP400S Series 1 (Lowbody), the dark blue car is an LP400S Series 2.
Miura book will be 2007 (according to the publisher) and the Countach book 2008, fingers crossed.
    Very Best,

    Joe,
How is your book going to be different / better than the Countach book put out by Marchet & Coltrin? Who is the publisher of your book?

Very different. Much more detail. More complete history. More focused and relevant images of a much better standard. Myths dispelled and mis-information corrected. The cars today.....

I dont know if youve ever tried to publish a book, but I have found that you need to protect your efforts by allowing the publisher to be named only when the book is ready to be launched. Sorry about that. I assure you it is a good publisher with awesome books out, and both publisher & book will be named in 2007.

    Joe,
Thank you for the information about the book. I assume that you will let us all know when it comes out for sale, and where we can get it.

    Bill,
I see you still list Spring Lake as a location. Did you keep the place there?
The Michigan drive was not a long one and we had to leave a little early but that car is fun to drive even if only to go get the kids from school.
