So does this look like it could be from the Texas NNO Massacre...? i need to know...

Ah, heck, a little superglue and some duct tape and its ready to go back in the car.
You forgot the JB Weld.
If you put it on top of the pile of Cra_ I have, it'd look right a home.
Charred black, that is.
Yep, looks like a burnt piece of garbage to me. What a deal Carbon, money well spent.
Speedy, does this match the stuff you have...? Does it look like it could be or is the brake rotor from the NNO...?
I'd say yes. I'm looking for a similar piece in my stuff. Don't seem to have one.
Final VID pics still show left wheels still on the car. Right side would have hit curb first based upon trajectory. Mach5 has some mag frags he's posted. I have some big rim frags as well, unburned. The longest piece has twist in it as if curbed impact rolled rim and tire right off the car.
I'd guess right side broken rotor, although it was obviously under the car as it came to rest and burned.
My favorite I have is a metal glob that dripped on a loose bolt, foming a glob that looks like someone screwed the bolt in perfectly, but it was just happenstance. I also have a large curved piece that I'm assuming is inner fender. Second favorite is a 10" puddle of alloy that when the water dripped into the top, formed moon craters in the metal! That baby burned HOT, man.
I cant believe that piece is actually being sold.
Yea, it was on ebay. I think NNO was high bid.
Unless its being sold by the owner... aren't you knowingly buying stolen property? That's illegal in England, don't know about in America....
I'm negotiating for the hood badge, right now!!
rico..... the deal is, after the car burned TOTALLY and was towed away, many fragments were left, swept up by the firemen and wrecker drivers, and thrown off to the side in the leaves under the tree.
Following the video photos, several folks, myself included, just walked up and down the side of the road picking them up! I suppose some laws of salvage would apply, but Owner and law enforcement just left them there, abandoned.
"One's man's trash... another's treasure" would seem to apply.
The owner is still trying to explain how on a beautiful dry sunny afternoon, he left the road, travelled several hundred feet in a skid and crashed and burned against a tree.
That's an interesting tale, no doubt.
Ah. Gotcha. Just didn't want anyone getting into trouble, esp not FChatters
The hood badge would be impressive
...if only the firemen knew what they were sweeping up!
They were funny! They said, "Heck, just another car fire to us!"
We crash and burn about five a week, here in the big city!
Obviously a few folks recognized what the car was. You've seen the VIDs of the event? They were posted here.
I heard the driver was playing one wrecker against another, looking for the low bid on the haul off!! That's how the rich stay rich, I suppose.
Who do you think ended up with the badge???? LOL!
Some other Fcahtters have posted red body scraps. All mine are body pan or side rail parts. No red ones.
Possession is nine tenths of the law...
Phone call for NNO.... Line 2!
i believe thats part of a brake rotor, from a ferrari ENZO. I dont care what you want to call yourself... dan des caron nno, whatever but as far as any references to the car...call it an ENZO. You show all the admiration and respect towards Enzo Ferrari but you take it upon yourself to change his name to nno.
Rob, it's a play on the spelling/pronounciation of the word; also, i did it for the CAR, not the MAN... In any case, relax, it's not that big of a deal...
i can't believe some of the people on this board; i try to be creative with my enthusiasm and people get irked about it; but a guy like Allan Lamblow comes along and straight sh_ts on the marque and he gets praised for it... Talk about irony... Geez...
i dunno maybe someone pissed in me cherrio's today. I just see you constantly saying it as a joke, NNO instead of Enzo, then people play around with you and start saying it. then all of a sudden half the board is calling the car an NNO. Not what you wanna portay to people viewing the #1 ferrari board on the net. If i was just browsing i would have no idea what the hell that was. Just call the car an Enzo call your self NNO, gives this way you have individuality!
When my username was "DES", i used that in words all the time... (ie: DEStined, paraDES, etc.)... Now i have another 3-letter username that i want to use in a similarly clever way... No harm, no foul... If a new user comes on doesn't know what "NNO" means, then they should just ask... There's nothing wrong with asking a question...
Tomorrow, try Lucky Charms or Cocoa Puffs... You'll have a better day...
Is this the beginning of an Enzo "project" that I smell?? You should drive by your local Ferrari dealer and tell them that you need to have fixed "your car." "I couldn't bring it all with me, but here's one of the rotors that looks like it needs turning and possibly a resurfacing done . . ."
No, it's THE END of an Enzo project you smell.
Along with burning carbon fiber. New Fchat member Erin says it smell terrible as it burns.
And the local Ferrari dealer is where THE REST of the car is located! LOL
They'd probably want that piece back, for the lawsuit.
