Hasn't it already been over 5 days? He should be unbanned by now

 

His ban ends at 11PM PST tonight.

There was reason enough to ban him, touting a stock under investigation by the SEC in which he held an interest being the first one. But the real reason is because he brought a pen-knife to a gunfight and didn't know it. The ban gave him time to arm himself or at least get some new material (he was getting repetitious).

P.S. The CSHD fanatics are so wacko that they were exiled to their own sub-forum called the "Twilight Zone" even on a penny-stock board.

HAHA! Relax! We're going to trade on the grey market until market makers sign the 15-c211 forms. Notice we don't have any market makers or any bids and asks. So any price goes. Notice high is 2.20 and low was about .25. There will be a big spread until we're off the greys.

Also guess what? We're trading! Hmm do you think if what the SEC said was true we'd still be trading? Haha! Oh yea another thing today was supposed to be the court hearing. Court hearing was cancelled. Who didn't want to go to court? The SEC. They dropped everything and made the company sign an injunction letter. The injunction letter will appear on Pacer online tom.

If the SEC had evidence of Fraud, wouldn't they put CSHD in receivership and force the judge to grant all aspects of their original action? The court was ready to hear it. Discovery is over. Their case with Rufus, who knows? House was cleaned, not leveled. CSHD has the bonds, people, and NSS forensics.

The SEC just didn't get their headline - Fraud. We are restating financials and the CFO is gone. Discovery yielded, but just not the headline.

On another note my big board stock is going bananas. I bought this at 11.37 back in july/august and held it till now. It's a pharmaceutical company, Regeneron (REGN). Another company I'd look at is NETBANK (NTBK). Watch that one.

lol well considering that i started from .14? I'm not complaining. Remember i'm trading with free shares. I already banked on this. Also this price is temporary. Once the company prs that the sec couldn't find fraud with the company, it'll go back up. Like I said i'm not giving up until the company goes down. Common man you guys were counting the company out while I was gone. Some of you said it will never trade again. Well the company is still trading and the sec was wrong. I think I def. owned you guys, because you guys were wrong. I know you guys will never admit it, even when the company is at $10 you guys will still deny evrything I've said. It's cool it's all a matter of opinion and I don't blame anyone for some of your ignorance or passing judgement too early and without any evidence, just like the SEC.

oh yea another reason why i'm not upset about the price is i'm recieving the 6:1 additional shares. 102640 shares(actual shares i own when added) x 6=615840 shares, 615840 + 102640=718480 shares. Multiply that by let's say .65. That's $467012. I think that's enough to buy an f430 spider =D.
