Dealing with bad dealers. What should be my next steps?

I don't know the real background why Ferrari revoked Autohaus Saggio's license but many people I know told me Saggio treated customers like **** and this must have hurt sales. Maybe that played a role.

In my case, I wanted to get an F8 Spider and an 812 and I had the money in my pocket. Ended up getting none.

After all that nonsense and further disappointments I also sold my California T HS even though I liked that car a lot.
