For sure ! please let me know if you need payment for these informations! I don’t see anything about money here but it’s a very precious help for Ferrarî’s fan
I think the number reference is without the zero on the end. If not careful, the number looks like 0224, which would be a very early car...
My Dino: 01458 Exterior: Metallizato Marrone Interior: Nero First Owner: Ivan Russino, Roma Second Owner (and owned since May 1976 and until the day I die): Edward Peterson, Minden, Nevada, USA Also, the chassis number of my Triumph motorcycle is 071458.
Marcel I have a question please. I’m longer Ferrari fan and wait many years to have my first (612) at 50yo. Now I have chance to have possibility to acquire a new one and I’m a 60’s/70’s lover…. So the seller of 02240 tell me engine and gearbox may be send to Ferrari werk and they can erase and remake original serial number on engine and gb. Is it possible ? At this time I hesitate between a Dino and a 250 swb my max budget is 1Mio. So I’m afraid to make an error May you help me as a consultant ? I can give you a mail contact best regards Thierry
Looking at buying a 1970 Dino, it is #00572. Any information would be very helpful. Does anyone know anything about this car? I know it was made for Italy and is L series. It is LHD which I prefer. Thanks in advance, Jack.
Image Unavailable, Please Login 1972 type E tipo 607E motore 135 CS autotelaio 02250 I don't know if this information found on the web is correct do you have any other information? THANKS
Thank you for the photos. Reproduction chassis ID tag, not original. And attached to the wrong location. Non-original exterior color and non-original interior color. I don't think this is 02250. It might actually be 03094 which was badly wrecked on a mountain pass in USA ages ago. Much later from USA to Europe and via Coys of Kensington to Thouvenin in Paris (1990). Please post photos showing the body number (trunk lid hinge, etc.) and the engine and gearbox numbers. Thanks. Marcel Massini
I hadn't noticed that. Probably not an aerial. Maybe a string or bungee cord holding the engine lid open.
Merci.
