    I'll be visiting Palm Springs the week of Oct 16 and will have all of my equipment along in case anyone needs fob help. I would be willing to travel to the LA area for a day. If anyone would like a house call for key fob issues shoot me a message and I'll be happy to find a time to swing by. I can do new fobs, keys, PIN numbers, sirens, etc.

    Sure I could meet you. I do not have any OEM silver keys though. I do have a $20 plastic headed key made by Silca in Italy.

    whats the difference between your aftermarket FOB for $350 and this aftermarket FOB for $12? It looks like the same part. Where is the $328 value add? Because with the $12 key and this youtube tutorial video () I can get half way there. Then pay a key cutter $10 and I have your whole service done for $20-30 and my time.

    Mark do you know anything about fixing Porsche fobs, specifically 1996 993tt? Looks the same as my 550 fob.. suspect the microswitch or circuit board has a problem. It sometimes works if I open the fob and directly press the microswitch with a fine tip object. Only have a single fob but would ideally like to end up with two working ones. Thanks!

    I don’t ever leave my 550 unattended where I would worry about it.

    Mark- Are you still selling the fob sets with the lithium watch batteries instead of the MN 21 alkaline batteries? I love my set and the fob works at way longer range.
